Francine not only enjoys the warm comforts of southern living in the beautiful Charleston area, but she is also deeply connected to her community. Downtime
Francine is not all work. In her leisure Francine is also a songbird and is a member of an inspirational singing group. She also loves to tour the city of Charleston and absorb it’s rich history when she is not closing deals. Most importantly, Francine enjoys spending quality time with her family which includes four beautiful and accomplished daughters. To boot, Francine’s family also includes two furry friends, Atlas an energetic German Shepherd and hound mix and Trey, a fun loving Yorkie.

Sharon Grant is the newest face of Excellence Realty Group. Coming in with a strong background in Allied Health and Organizational Management, Sharon is no stranger to the discipline and direction necessary to ensure that real estate transactions are organized and functioning effectively. Sharon’s organizational and leadership abilities as well as her professionalism and attention to detail makes for a smooth transition into the real estate field. Although recently licensed in 2017 and new to Excellence Realty, Sharon makes real estate into a craft where the clients are more than just customers. The objective is not to merely buy or sell property or a structure; Instead, Sharon’s goal is to make the clients knowledgeable of each step from the initial showing to the final closing. Sharon believes that true gratification comes from the client’s satisfaction.
